Una lotta testa a testa nel Comune di Novella: fra Donato Preti e Alessandro Rigatti si è deciso tutto all'ultima sezione.
Donato Preti è il nuovo sindaco, con 1072 voti (51,91%) mentre Alessandro Rigatti si ferma a 993 (48,09%).
